Participating in cardiovascular fitness tests was tough, challenging but valuable to me. These tests not only assess my heart and lung efficiency but also offer a way to improve my overall health and fitness. Discovering that with regular testing, it is a crucial tool in ensuring that individuals maintain a strong, healthy heart and lungs. Engaging in these cardiovascular fitness tests has been both hard and rewarding.  Through this process, I’ve learned that cardiovascular health is not just about performance but it’s about long-term well-being. This translates into better quality of life, whether that means having more energy throughout the day or being able to engage in physical activities with greater ease. Case Study Rechel is a 58-year-old businesswoman who owns and operates a boarding house that has been flourishing for more than twenty years.
