I've discovered that preparation is crucial, from making sure all the equipment and supplies are available to making sure everyone is aware of the assessment's goal. Observing how individuals react in test settings, their development, and how statistics may convey a narrative beyond the numbers is among the most fulfilling experiences. Participating in cardiovascular fitness tests was tough, challenging but valuable to me. These tests not only assess my heart and lung efficiency but also offer a way to improve my overall health and fitness. Discovering that with regular testing, it is a crucial tool in ensuring that individuals maintain a strong, healthy heart and lungs. Engaging in these cardiovascular fitness tests has been both hard and rewarding.  Through this process, I’ve learned that cardiovascular health is not just about performance but it’s about long-term well-being. This translates into better quality of life, whether that means having more energy throughout the day or being able to engage in physical activities with greater ease. The comparison of these five different VO2max estimation methods of mine reveals a range of results from 26.15 ml/kg/min to 41.43 ml/kg/min , depending on the specific test and calculation used. Case Study Rechel is a 58-year-old businesswoman who owns and operates a boarding house that has been flourishing for more than twenty years. She is already a widow, has three children and two grandchildren who are also living with her. She lives in a home where she grows a variety of plants including herbs, vegetables and flowering plants. Rechel balances her work with personal well-being and a deep passion for plants and gardening. She believes that her relationship with plants plays an essential role in her overall mental and physical health. This connection with nature has allowed her to maintain a sense of tranquility as well as another activity for her physical fitness. Hi, I am Phoebe Roche L. Alorro , a faculty member in the MAPEH Department at Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School with over 7 years of experience in teaching.  After earning a bachelor's degree in literature from the University of Southeastern Philippines, I was assigned to teach MAPEH in DRANHS due to a teacher shortage.  My teaching career focused on the subject area MAPEH where I have consistently delivered  and taught valuable knowledge and skills about physical activities and sports for Grade 8 learners.  In addition to teaching, I am also assigned as the Chess Coach for male athletes in our institution and participated in various local sports events.  Throughout my coaching career, I have received recognitions and won some competitions.   Currently, I am enrolled under the Diploma in Exercise and Sports Sciences program at the University of the Philippines Mindanao to have my academic credentials aligned with my professional pursuits.
